The EU organic logo gives a consistent visual identity to organic products from the European Union.
It makes it easier for consumers to identify organic products and helps farmers to market them throughout the EU.
The organic logo can only be used on products that have been certified organic by an approved inspection agency or body. This certification indicates that they comply with strict requirements in terms of production, processing, transport and storage.
