When will you send me my order?
Order before 12, and your order will be prepared and shipped on the same day, from our offices in France.
Your order will be sent by Colissimo delivery to your home starting from €4.50.
How long does it take for delivery?
We work with La Poste/ Collisimo.
They take between 2 and 4 days to deliver to you in mainland France.
For deliveries in Europe and worldwide, it depends on the country and the carrier. Count on average between 5 and 10 days.
Tracking
All order are tracked and you will receive an email to confirm shipping and the link to the tracking number.
Return Process
We guarantee 100% satisfaction within 30 days of purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your Recovery Balm please contact us at contact@recoverybalm.eu and we will find a solution.

If you’ve used a majority, or all of your product, you’re not eligible for a refund or return.
